Group accommodation in Danhostel Ribe, Denmark


At Danhostel Ribe Youth and Family Hostel we accommodate groups ranging from 10 to 170 persons.

The group leader is required to have a hostel membership card. This can be purchased on arrival at the hostel.

Rooms at Danhostel Ribe


Group participants are normally accommodated in rooms with four beds with adjoining group-leader rooms. Each room has a bathroom/toilet. The room key is used for the room and for the night doors.

 

You may bring your own towels and bed linen or, if you prefer, we have bed linen for rent. Since hygiene is paramount, sleeping bags may not be used.

We maintain a smoke-free and pet-free environment. All the beds have allergy-friendly pillows and comforters. Prior to departure, we ask that you leave the room neat and tidy. A final cleaning service is available. Please order in the reception.

Food delights...





Our meals are always served in large quantities from our buffet. All our food is prepared in our kitchen using fresh seasonal foods. For breakfast, lunch and dinner we serve home made bread.

If you let us know in advance, we can arrange meals to accommodate people with allergies and diabetes, as well as vegetarians and people who observe religious food preferences. Sometimes you have to pay a little extra

During your stay, you will have to buy at least one meal every day in our restaurant. Please see the prices for groups on this page. The guest kitchen is only for families and solo guests.

Danhostel Ribe Youth and Family Hostel has received the International Tourism Environment label: The Green Key, which means that we meet or exceed comprehensive environmental standards related to, among others, our cleaning products, trash recycling, energy-saving heat, water and electricity, air quality, weed prevention and organic foods.

Handicap access. The Accessibility Label




Easy Access

Danhostel Ribe Youth and Family Hostel has received the Accessibility Label. Since several of the rooms are accessible only via the stairs, we ask that you inform us at the time of reservation if you or a person in your travel group requires handicap access facilities. We are pleased to arrange for extra help-aids such as lifts and bathing chairs etc.
